Emily kills dozens, leaves millions homeless...

And I'm not just talking about my sister......(Bada-Bum-CHING!!!)

Post your favorite Tropical Storm Emily headlines here (real or imagined):
  • "Emily causes Major damage..."
  • "Emily rips through Miami...."
  • "49 dead in Emily's wake..."
  • "Emily Cleanup to take months, if not years.."
  • "Emily approaches hurricane strength"
  • "Oil prices rise as Emily nears..."
  • "Islanders stock up on food as Emily churns towards Barbados"....

And so on.

A comment dad e-mailed to me: "Way to go Emily! You look impressive on the TV radar, swirling around in
dangerous colors. See you soon, after you have wreaked sufficient havoc."

I'm starting to feel a bit like a force to be reckoned with. Last night, Dylan got a little annoyed and started whining about when he got to be a tropical storm decimating the beaches of the world. He felt left out. I told him I'd wipe out a few beachfront condos for him and he perked up a bit.

There WAS a tropical storm Nicholas in 2003...but it was overshadowed by Hurricane Fabian. Personally, I can't take anything named Fabian seriously, but hey, that's just me.
