Summary of every speech ever made by a president (except Reagan, he rocked):
There is bad stuff out there.
We should work to fix.
We are capable of fixing it.
We're going to make changes in order to fix it.
I haven't heard any genuinely new ideas out of a president in a long time (except for Reagan, he rocked).
